  • Andrew McFarlane

    Andrew is the Chairman of the Charity and the Management Committee, as well as being a co-founding director of HorseHeard.
    Andrew has been delivering equine-facilitated learning (EFL) programmes since 2002

  • Heather Hardy

    Heather is Chief Executive of the Charity and a co-founding director of HorseHeard, as well as being a member of the management committee. Heather as a Special School teacher noted the huge impact horses had on the emotionally and behaviourally disturbed (EBD) young people

  • Rosalie Millard-Evans

    Guy is a Trustee of the Charity and Head of Finance, he is also a member of the management committee. Guy has been working in the investment management business for the past thirty years.
