James has supported the development of not-for-profit and public sector organisations for over 20 years.

Currently working as a Commercial Manager for the Waste and Resources Action Programme, a large charity in the environmental sector, he applies his expertise in financial and commercial planning, performance management, and governance, to enable effective operational delivery, decision making, and scaling operations.

He has held senior leadership roles in profit and not for profit sectors across domestic and international operations and enjoys helping teams develop technical understanding to deliver strategic solutions.

Outside work James enjoys spending time on family adventures and running muddy trails with his dog.
