Caroline first became involved with HorseHeard through mentoring Heather Hardy via an organisation that connects the charity sector with the corporate sector. She was delighted when Heather asked her to join the Management Committee in an independent non-executive director role, and later as a Trustee.

Caroline is a chartered mechanical engineer with many years’ experience as a project manager, business head and, more latterly, as an executive coach and a business change and transformation lead. She co-creates, delivers, and coaches independently and for Apply Psychology, alongside her long-term part time position as an Associate Director with Atkins, a Member of the SNC-Lavalin Group.
